Adena Brook is a significant tributary of the Olentangy River located in the Clintonville neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio. The Brook begins behind Brookhaven High School and meanders toward and under Interstate 71 across Indianola Avenue, across High Street to Whetstone Park and eventually flows into the Olentangy River.
