Hi Susan-
Just FYI, we took yard waste to Ohio Mulch (Westerville location) today and it is not free, there is a $12 charge per trip.
Alternatively, if you purchase yard waste bags from Ohio Mulch directly, then it is free to drop it off.

If people go to the SWACO on Roberts Rd it is free for home owners.
